This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all food orders placed through Swagath’s website for delivery within Bangalore.

1. Order Cancellation

A. Before Order Preparation

Customers may cancel their order within 5 minutes of placing the order, provided the order has not been prepared.

B. After Order Preparation

Once the food preparation has started, the order cannot be cancelled, as food items are perishable in nature.


2. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Order was not delivered
  • Payment was deducted but order was not confirmed
  • Incorrect items were delivered
  • Food quality issue (must be reported immediately upon delivery)

All refund requests must be reported within 2 hours of delivery.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Incorrect delivery address provided by customer
  • Delay caused due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances
  • Change of mind after order preparation
  • Partially consumed food

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing time: 5–7 business days (depending on bank/payment gateway).

5. Cash on Delivery (If Applicable)

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds (if approved) may be processed via bank transfer or UPI after verification.
